This hookah comes with a magnificent MYA stem, which is fitted on a beautiful Czech Republic Bohemian vase. Don't be fooled by imitation Bohemian glasses that have been pushed onto the market from Romania and China. The clarity and quality of the glass on this hookah is far superior. Look for the "handmade in the Czech Republic" sticker on the bottom of every glass. This hookah also comes with a high grade head and hose that are made to match the dark blue color scheme.
