Q: Why is my credit card declining due to an
AVS mismatch?
A: All of our credit cards are processed with a security system to
verify that the address matches the credit card. However, some cards do
not communicate with our security system and can't be accepted.

Q: How do I check my order status?
A: Click here to

Q: What is your return policy?
A: All returns must be shipped back to Hookah Company within
30 days of receiving the order. All orders must be returned in original
unused condition with all accessories. The return shipping costs must be
paid for by the customer. There is also a 10% restocking fee to cover the
shipping and processing costs of Hookah Company. If a product was received
defective, Hookah Company will gladly replace it or provide a credit. |
Q: I didn't get an email confirmation
of my order. How do I get one?
A: Our shopping cart automatically sends out an email confirmation
after each order is finalized. If you did not receive an email confirmation,
please email us at info@hookahcompany.com
and we will send you out another one. |
Q: Can I add things or make changes
to my order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to
your order. If it is during normal business hours, please call us at 760.479.1471 so that we can make changes to your order
before it is shipped out. If it is after business hours, please send us
an email with your changes.
