The hookah came to Egypt around 400 years ago where it was referred to as the shisha. Today, the hookah is still referred to as the shisha in Egypt and its neighboring Morocco. Egyptian hookahs are primarily made out of brass or brass with a chrome coating. The construction starts with a brass or copper tube that is then welded with the hose stem and the rest of the outlying parts. They are the most common hookah and typically what you'll find at hookah bars because of their durability.
