Fakhfakhina means "creme del le creme" or "a step above the rest" in Arabic. It is Nakhla's classic fruit cocktail with a noticeable mix of lemon, kiwi, strawberry, and pineapple. The concoction uses a large size natural cut of tobacco with less syrup than other premium brands. While the smoke has adequate flavor and produces descent size clouds, it is not up to par with some of the more premium brands. With that said, it is still a solid fruit flavor from a trusted brand and a great shisha for the price.
