These stem adapters are designed to convert a one hose hookah into a two hose
hookah by adding an additional hose spout. These adapters are threaded and designed
to screw onto check valves. The large stem adapter is made for larger Acrylics and will fit some Egyptian
check valves.
Note: These items do not work on every hookah. If this item is purchased and not compatible, there is the option to exchange or return (minus a 10% restocking fee).
