Nectarines are pitted fruits, resembling a cross between an apricot and a peach. They tend to lean towards peach's oilier flavor, rather than apricot's dry sweetness. Our nectarine flavor has good endurance, a medium complexity and sweetness. It is somewhat oily and somewhat strong.
