These are MYA stem adapters that have a threaded male end. They are designed to fit the new generation MYA stem. Use them to convert a one hose hookah into a multiple hose hookah. These stem adapters are available with or without an auto seal. The auto seal allows a multiple hose hookah to be smoked without the need to plug hose tips or use rubber stoppers.
Note: This item does not work on every hookah. If this item is purchased and not compatible, there is the option to exchange or return.
