This hookah comes with a beautiful cut crystal Bohemian glass made in the Czech Republic that is fitted with a silver MYA stem. There is a brown and silver cloisonne flower design on the center of the stem and on the 74 inch MYA hose. The head and tongs are both high grade from MYA.
