Vanilla flavor, from the Madagascar Vanilla Bean, can be very complex and interesting. Most modern artificial vanilla flavors are flat and boring, but have that strange vanilla sweetness to them. This flavor is far short of Madagascar, but has a lot more built into it than other brands' vanilla flavor.
