What is your return policy?
All returns must be shipped back to Hookah Company within 30 days of receiving the order. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with all accessories. The return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer. There is also a 10% restocking fee to cover the shipping and processing costs of Hookah Company. A refund will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned order. An emailed receipt will be sent to the provided email address.
What are your international shipping rates?
International shipping costs can vary widely depending on what you order and the weight of that order. After adding your items to the shopping cart and selecting your country, the shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping cost. Or you can also use the 'Estimate Shipping Costs' link that will appear when you are viewing your cart.
How long will it take to get my order?
