Q: What are the international shipping rates?
A: Our base international shipping rate is $30.00. For each additional pound (1 kilo = 2.2 pounds), the shipping rate increases by approximately $4.00. After adding your items to the shopping cart and selecting your country, the shopping cart will automatically calculate your shipping cost.
Q: Do you accept payments through PayPal?
A: No. In March of 2005, PayPal put a ban on the use of its services to buy or sell tobacco.

Q: How do I check my order status?
Q: Why doesn't USPS offer tracking for my package?
A: USPS only offers information to confirm that they have received a package and that they have delivered it. They don't offer information to show where the package is in transit.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: All returns must be shipped back to Hookah Company within 30 days of receiving the order. All orders must be returned in original unused condition with all accessories. The return shipping costs must be paid for by the customer. There is also a 15% restocking fee to cover the shipping and processing costs of Hookah Company. If a product was received defective, Hookah Company will gladly replace it or provide a credit.
Q: I didn't get an email confirmation of my order. How do I get one?
A: Our shopping cart automatically sends out an email confirmation after each order is finalized. If you did not receive an email confirmation, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you out another one.
Q: Can I add things or make changes to my order?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes to your order. Please send us an email with your changes.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We ship to all countries except Taiwan, Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. The reason that we don't ship to these countries is due to a history of customs problems or fraud.
Q: I placed my order. Why hasn't my credit card been charged?
A: In order to prevent fraud, all international orders go through a screening process before the credit card is charged. This process normally takes 1 - 2 business days.
